Rules to Join
1.) You must be a fan of Raquel (duh!)
2.) If you want your website listed then please put up the code on it asap!
3.) I refuse to link to sites with porn, illegal material, or anything in that general
category.
4.) You don't need a site to join, just a working email.
5.) You MUST put your country.
6.) You can use your real name or your online name, just please don't use something with
a ton of numbers or strange symbols, and it can't be a swear word either. I want this place
to be safe for kids eyes! XD
