This overly pale noble boy spends most of his time staring off into space (spacing out). Usually he is either thinking about his sister who died or politics. He is best friends with Eduard and even though he might look like a proper rich boy he got into plenty of trouble with his best bud when their were little. He had plenty of female admirers who sometimes follow him around. He tolerates them but he's not above leaving them in his dust if the opportunity presents itself.

A skilled swordsmen, he is also devoted to government. His ideal government would be "government by the people" which would probably be a direct democracy (which is what they had back in Athens Greece NOT what the United States has). He also has a higher opinion of women then most men would during his time (this is probably because he respected his sister so much).
