This guy is one of the few main characters in the series without a fancy sounding title. XD Although he's not a Strahl candidate he's also one of the possible characters for your girl to "pick" in the video game. Out of all the guys he's probably the least Bishounen looking though, so the poor guy just does not get much fangirl love XDDD (although more then a few of the girls in the series seem to like him). Usually he can be found lounging around one of the outdoor cafes in the city, and he also has manged to rack up a pretty good sized tab at these cafes. He's also one of the only characters in the series with a motorcycle.

Although he seems fun loving and carefree he actually has a pretty sad and angst filled past, which I guess is why he is usually able to relate with the Strahl candidates so well. He also has a good handle of governments and how they should function since in the anime he is the first person to really lecture Orpherus and Ludwig about their governmental ideals. To give away all of Isaac's story though would be too big of a spoiler. Instead I'll just say that he's not the simple tourist he seems to be. ;D Watch episode 6 if you want to know more about him.
