 Admins & Affiliates Wanted

We need a bit more help adding graphics around here so that I can concentrate more on some of the cool site enhancements (that involve coding). I'm looking for 1 wallpaper admin and 1 icon/avatar admin. Details and requirements are at the bottom of this post.

I'm also looking for 2 new affiliates. I'm not sure what happened to Anime Share  and I figure we might has well have an even ten affiliates. I'm only accepting graphics sites or sites that are somehow very bishounen focused.
